Weight Loss Success – Day 6

The Dance of Joy for Weight Loss Success

Weigh in today: 245.5….I lost a 1/2 pound…should I do the dance of joy now? 

1/2 of Syntha-6 protein plus a vita C packet, calicum, L-tryosine as a pre-workout quick meal.

Workout: upper body today using a 8×8 series.  8 sets of 8 reps per exercise with little rest in between sents.  I did two exercies for chest and back which is 16 sets for each of them.  Then I did 8×8 for shoulder press.

I ate four meals today.
